Norman Tonelli has been a professional counselor since 1978. He has had a thriving private practice in West Brookfield, Massachusetts since 1987. In addition, he has been offering parent coaching and individual counseling via telephone. Some people find this method to be much more productive than face to face therapy due to the obvious convenience factor.

Although experienced in many areas of counseling, Norman’s particular expertise lies in the area of parent effectiveness training and family issues. In 1995 he published a hands-on workbook called, Raising Great Kids-A Parent’s Guide to Building Self Esteem in Children. His vast experience and teaching abilities have led many individuals and organizations to hire him as a consultant to parents, teachers and others who impact children.
